The next step is to book in for a consultation with one of our specialist plastic surgeons. This is generally conducted in person; however, if you are unable to attend a clinic, a telehealth video consultation can be arranged.

I understand a consultation with my surgeon (either in clinic or via telehealth video call) is required prior to surgery.

I understand the clinical package is $14,870 AUD (hospital, anaesthetic, surgeon fees, pathology and compression garment), and that a written itemised quotation and consent process follows my consultations — nothing is payable for surgery until after my consultations and the cooling-off period. The package does not include the required pre-operative CT scan: Rib Remodelling Australia provides the referral, and I arrange and pay for the scan myself, typically $300–$500 depending on location.

I understand travel and accommodation are not included — I arrange and pay for my own travel to and within Australia for surgery as required.

I understand a GP referral is required before my consultation, and that Rib Remodelling Australia arranges this for me at no extra cost.

Dr Justin Perron, FRACS

Dr Perron is a Canadian-born, Australian-trained Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, with the better part of twenty years in breast and body surgery.

He completed his medical degree at Flinders University in Adelaide and his Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, training across South East Queensland, Townsville and Perth. He presents regularly at Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons conferences on body surgery, has published in peer-reviewed plastic surgery journals, and teaches and mentors other Australian plastic surgeons in his methods.

In February 2026 he completed the RibXcar rib remodelling programme in Paris under Dr Alexis Delobaux, alongside twenty plastic surgeons from around the world, and was the first surgeon in Australia to perform the procedure. He consults in Brisbane, in person and by telehealth.

After payment: our team will call to lock in your consultation time and help you complete your consult file. Your GP referral is taken care of — Rib Remodelling Australia arranges it for you, so there is nothing for you to organise.

Payments are handled by Solitaire Travel Pty Ltd (ACN 693 081 935), the booking and payments partner for Rib Remodelling Australia. Your consultation fee is credited in full against the cost of your procedure if you go ahead.
