We are currently filling three Australian surgical dates on the Gold Coast. Every patient first attends a mandatory in-person consultation at Herstellen Clinic, Brisbane, on Wednesday 12 August 2026 with the specialist plastic surgeon.

I understand the in-person consultation in Brisbane on 12 August 2026 is required before surgery, and I can attend.

I understand the clinical package is $14,870 AUD (hospital, anaesthetic, surgeon fees, pathology and compression garment), and that a written itemised quotation and consent process follows my consultations — nothing is payable for surgery until after my consultations and the cooling-off period.

I understand travel and accommodation are not included — I arrange and pay for my own travel to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

I understand a valid GP referral to Dr Justin Perron is required before my consultation — I'll arrange this with my GP this week, and simple instructions will be sent to me.

Our current surgery dates

Surgery is at Miami Private Hospital on the Gold Coast — walk in, walk out the same day. 12 places on each date. Choose the date that suits you best as a preference — someone from our team will be in touch to lock in your date after your consultation fee is received.

Secure your consultation — $250

The consultation fee is $250, and it is credited off your procedure if you go ahead — so the consultation is effectively free when you proceed.

Your place is held for 48 hours while we wait for the fee. Payment is a simple bank transfer on a secure page with your details pre-filled.

After payment: our team will call to lock in your consultation time and help you complete your consult file — including simple instructions for the GP referral you'll need before 12 August (a standard referral from any GP to Dr Justin Perron for a body contouring consultation — that's all it needs to say). Easiest options: book a local GP through HotDoc, or get it online in minutes with a telehealth service like InstantScripts or Updoc.

Payments are handled by Solitaire Travel Pty Ltd (ACN 693 081 935), the booking and payments partner for Rib Remodelling Australia. The consultation fee is fully refundable if the surgeon does not accept you as a candidate at consultation.
